Due to FOSSILS activities at the Kentucky State Fair Homebrew Judging, there is no meeting in August.
The next meeting will be SUNDAY September 8th. Sunday at Sportstime will be our regular meeting day while the Prost Room is being renovated.
We will be conducting officer nominations. Please consider using your talents for the club and running for an office. At least three of the four current officers will not be running for office this time, so we will need some new blood, er, brew to fill the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. It's not hard, and for the most part is fun. Just do it. :)
We will also be enjoying the Brewfood Competition! Be thinking about your prize winning recipes!
The next Executive Planning Meeting will be at RichO's on 8/22 at 7:30. All members are welcome to attend and participate.
We are sad to hear of the passing of Rod Rodriguez, a FOSSIL member and great man. Rod, you will be missed. We will toast to his life at the next meeting.
