November FOSSILS Meeting, Sunday 11/11- There will be voting!

Hi everyone, long time no harassing email....

The November meeting is coming up and I wanted to let everyone know that the Exec Committee will be having a vote at the November Meeting on whether to move meetings back to Saturdays for 2012.

While not specifically needed via the by-laws, we all voted the last time and we will do it again November 11th.

Basically (and I am summarizing), we have the option to meet on Saturdays at NABC and the cost to cover this is $250, which we consider more manageable than the costs we were looking at when we shifted from Saturdays.  I'd expound on things like preferences and what day of the week is more fun  and such, but you get the idea.

Here's how you can vote:

1.  Come to the Saturday meeting.  If you are a dues paying member, Vote.
2.  Email fossils.editor@gmail.com with your preference.

If you aren't currently paid up and you'd like to voice your opinion anyway via email, that's ok by me.  I'll take that information with me to the Club Meeting.

I will announce any schedule changes after the meeting.

Cheers,
Joe

Could you please send this out the FOSSILS mailing list

Thanks,

Howdy All,

It's time again for the annual Bulk Order.  You will have until Monday Oct. 15th, 2012 to submit your order and I will place the order early on Tuesday Oct.16th.
It should all arrive around the following Thursday or Friday.

Last time I had close to 4000 lbs of grain ordered, so please use the form provided to place your order.  It helps keep this special order separate and organized.

Orders are for 50/55# Sacks of Grain or 25# Sacks of Flaked Adjuncts ONLY.
10% of the total of your individual order will be added on.  This is to help cover shipping costs.
If you'd like to split a bag with others that is welcome and you are certainly able to weigh out and crush any grains here at the shop.
You can use the Lagers, Fossils or My Old Kentucky Homebrew Facebook Page to help find others interested in going in on a bag.

Whether you email or hand deliver your order form you will receive an emailed invoice detailing the total bags you ordered and the 10% service fee. Once you receive this invoice you cannot change anything on the order.

When the order comes in I will send out another email.
YOU MUST PICK UP THE ORDER AT MY OLD KENTUCKY HOMEBREW
NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.
YOU MUST SHOW YOUR CURRENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER

If you have any questions, please let me know (502) 589-3434.

Thanks,
