All Entries Must Be Appetizers
Judging
Entries will be judged by three highly qualified epicureans on a scale of 1 to 10 for each criteria

Funky is Good.... Fun is Best!
Aroma...
Make it smell Pungenty
Flavor
Thought the ingredients are funky and pungent...
The flavor must be palatable!
